Meet Kabe

K’Breaun Sharpe, LCSW-S, known as Kabe, is a licensed therapist, author, and founder of Kabe’s Korner Counseling Services, a Houston-based private practice that helps women who are used to carrying it all begin to release guilt, recalibrate their capacity, and make decisions that align with the life they are building now.

She is the author of Lessons from Letting Go and has been featured on the television series Quarter Ton Teen (2024) and continues to expand her work through therapy, writing, and community-based offerings.
