The Guiltshift

You know something needs to change.
But guilt and the fear of wasting your time keeps pulling you back.

The GuiltShift is a six-week live virtual closed group experience for high-achieving women who are ready to understand why setting limits, choosing themselves, and making necessary changes can feel so wrong—even when they know those decisions are right.

By the end of this group experience, you will have a framework to help you identify when guilt is influencing your decision-making. You’ll gain practical tools for creating space in real-time before you respond to requests for your time or resources, and strengthen your ability to make decisions from discernment rather than urgency.

Begins September 15, 2026

This may be for you if...

You have done the therapy, reflection, journaling, or boundary work, but want help practicing what comes next.

You know you are over-extending yourself, but still feel pulled to step in.

Someone else’s disappointment can make a reasonable decision suddenly feel selfish.

You are eager for community and feel ready to do this work with women who understand what it is like to be the dependable one.

After reserving your spot

  • Meet with me briefly
After signing up, we’ll schedule a brief call to talk through what’s bringing you to the group and what you’re hoping will shift. This is just a conversation. If the group format, topics, or timing doesn’t align with where you are, your payment will be returned and I’ll point you toward other supports, like individual therapy, that may serve you better.

  • Practice between sessions
You’ll receive guided exercises, reference tools, and access to the group discussion space so the work does not end when the weekly session does.

Client Reviews

“From the introduction alone, I felt seen. As the eldest daughter, a new mom, and someone deciding whether to go home for the holidays, every scenario felt like it was written about me… at this very moment. Like how?!…This book is both a challenge and a comfort, a true companion for anyone learning to release control, trust the process, and let go without feeling like they are betraying themselves in the process”

— Johnene, Lessons From Letting Go

“Kabe helped me to identify, process, & release the subconscious burdens I’ve carried. She gently guided me through a journey of introspection, especially as it relates to childhood experiences & how they shaped my adult behaviors & emotional responses”

— Danielle, Lessons From Letting Go

Across Six Weeks, You will Learn

Imagine what’s possible.

There comes a moment when the life you have worked so hard to build asks for something different of you.

Nothing may be visibly falling apart. But the strength to care for everyone around you, show up at work, keep the family connected, stay up with your friends, and handle what needs to be done isn’t coming as easy as it did before.

You have carried responsibilities assigned to you for as long as you can remember. Now, the weight is getting old—and so is being overlooked for everything it takes to carry it.

You are beginning to question the roles, relationships, and expectations that once made you feel valuable. You know you need more support, more space, or a different way of living—but every attempt to change brings guilt with it. You return to the familiar version of yourself because disappointing someone feels harder than disappointing yourself.

The struggle is rarely a lack of awareness. You already know what needs to change. The harder part has been staying with your decision once guilt begins telling you that choosing yourself makes you selfish, disloyal, ungrateful, or irresponsible.

A Community of Learning and Support

In between sessions, you will have exclusive access to discussion groups for questions and further discussion.

Resources and Exercises

All of your sessions will be supported by exercises and reference documents that you can use to dive more deeply into the material.

You’ve read this far because something in it is true for you. The founding cohort holds eight women and begin September 15. Reserve your seat here!
