Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions for high-achieving women who are ready to examine the guilt, pressure, and patterns driving their decisions and build a life aligned with who they are called to be.

Who This Is For

You are accomplished by every visible measure. Dependable, capable, and the person others turn to without a second thought. But somewhere between all of that responsibility and everything you have built, something has quietly shifted.

This work is for you if you recognize yourself in any of the following:

  • You are excelling professionally while carrying a private weight that performance cannot fix

  • You have been the caretaker, the responsible one, or the family anchor for as long as you can remember

  • You are a woman of faith who wants to honor God but struggles with guilt when you rest or say no

  • You are navigating a significant life transition and your old ways of coping no longer serve you

  • You already know the language of self-care but the cycle continues anyway

What to Expect

The work begins with understanding what has been driving the patterns so you can make different decisions from a place of clarity rather than obligation.

During your first appointment, we will focus on establishing rapport by completing an assessment. This will allow us to get to know you better, start earning your trust, and explore your reason for pursuing therapy.

In your next sessions, we’ll start to set goals. You don’t have to have it all figured out on day one. Maybe it’s, “I just know something has to change.” As you learn more about yourself, your goals may shift, and that’s part of the process.

Women’s Reflection Group

Next Cohort August 5, 2026

You've done the work. You've read the books, sat in therapy, and still find yourself returning to the same patterns of overextending, second-guessing, carrying what was never yours to hold. This group is for women who are ready to understand why.

What This Group Is

A small, closed cohort of women working through a structured clinical experience together. Each session builds on the last, creating space for honest reflection, shared insight, and the kind of conversation that only happens when the room feels safe enough to tell the truth.

Who This Is For

  • High-achieving women who recognize a pattern they cannot seem to break

  • Women navigating guilt around wanting something different for themselves

  • Women who have done individual work and are ready to go deeper in community

  • Women in significant life transitions who need more than information

What to Expect

Sessions are facilitated by Kabe and structured around her original clinical work with high-achieving women. The cohort is intentionally small. An intake is required before joining to ensure this is the right fit for where you are right now.

Events & Experiences

Group of women participating in a floral arrangement workshop, some engaging in conversation and smiling, in a bright indoor space during a social event.

Every event Kabe hosts is an intentional gathering for women who are ready to be honest, not just inspired. Each experience is rooted in clinical insight and designed around a specific idea, question, or framework that gives women language for something they have been living but could not name.

Past events have included intimate self-care socials, a book launch, and curated community gatherings for women navigating life on their own terms.

Clinical Supervision

Three women sitting closely together on the floor, looking at a laptop screen, in a cozy, modern room with dark walls and decorative pillows.

Structured, supportive supervision for provisionally licensed social workers on the path to full licensure. Built around clinical clarity, professional growth, and the kind of honest feedback that actually prepares you for independent practice.

Kabe offers both individual and group supervision sessions to Texas-based LMSWs, available in person and virtually.
